GFriend (여자친구 aka Girl Friend) are a 6-member girl group under Source Music Entertainment. The 6 members are Sowon, Yerin, Eunha, Yuju, ShinB and maknae Umji. The agency wrote: “They’re young, but it’s a girl group with members whom have been training for a long time. We want to appeal to the public with their innocent appearance as well as their pure and lovable music.”
They made their official debut on 15 January 2015 with the song called "Glass Bead".
